Forms on this website allow you to send us an enquiry. Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation only. It does not create a contract, appoint us, or automatically begin any paid work. We may respond to assess whether and how we can help.

3. Project scope & deliverables

For any engagement, the scope of work, deliverables, timeline and responsibilities will be defined and agreed directly between you and JAIPUR MARKETING before work begins. Anything not clearly agreed in writing as part of a scope is not included.

4. Quotations & payment terms

Quotations, fees, taxes (including GST) and payment schedules depend on the specific agreed scope and are communicated during the proposal stage. This website does not collect payment card details, and it is not an online store. No charges arise from submitting an enquiry.

5. Third-party advertising platforms

Services such as Google Ads and social media advertising rely on third-party platforms governed by their own terms, policies and approval processes. Ad accounts, budgets and billing are typically held with those platforms by or for the client. Platform decisions, disapprovals, algorithm changes and account actions are outside our control.

6. No guarantee of specific results

Marketing and advertising outcomes depend on many factors including your market, competition, product, budget and external platforms. We do our work professionally but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions or revenue. 7. Agreement before paid work

Paid work begins only once both parties agree the proposal, scope and payment terms. Until then, no obligations attach to either side arising from an enquiry.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, design concepts and materials belong to their respective owners. Final deliverable ownership and usage rights are defined in the relevant project agreement.

9. Limitation of liability
