Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and changes are approached. It is written for a service business that scopes each project individually. Where a signed proposal or agreement exists for your project, that agreement governs and takes precedence over this page.

1. No online purchases

This website does not sell products or take online payments, and enquiry submissions are always free. There is therefore no standard e-commerce checkout or universal refund to apply at the point of enquiry.

2. Services are scoped individually

Marketing, design, advertising and website work is agreed per project — including deliverables, timelines and fees. Refunds and cancellations are handled with reference to that specific scope rather than a single fixed rule.

3. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an engagement. The effect of cancellation — including any charges for work already completed and any return of fees for work not yet performed — depends on the agreed terms and the stage the project has reached at the time of the request.

4. Refunds

Whether a refund is possible, and its amount, depends on factors such as the work already delivered, time and resources already committed, third-party costs (for example ad spend or platform fees) and the terms agreed in your proposal. We do not publish a universal refund guarantee or a fixed refund timeline because circumstances differ between projects.

5. Third-party and ad costs

Amounts already paid to third parties on your behalf — such as advertising spend held by ad platforms, or third-party licences — are generally non-refundable once spent, as these are governed by those providers.

6. Changes & revisions

Change requests and revision cycles are handled according to the scope agreed for your project. Substantial changes may require a revised scope and quotation.
